La Petite Pierre.
From the parking lot, you first walk to the Jardin des Poètes, a spot on the Altenbourg estate that was created in 2000 at the initiative of the municipality. Wooden panels with poems by René Char, Goethe, and Louise Weiss are scattered along the paths. You then continue through a mixed forest to the first rock formation, Rabenfels, or Rocher du Corbeau. From the rock, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. You descend again along a forest path, reaching a paved road. Follow this road for a while, then pass Le Petit Étang, a fishpond. The path then climbs again and leads you to the impressive Rocher des Païens. This rock may derive its name from the Druidic rituals that were said to have taken place there. You continue through a beautiful forest, where you can also visit the Grand Chêne, before finally reaching the third rock, the Rocher Blanc. Here, you'll find a beautiful view of La Petite Pierre and the castle. A steep descent takes you back to the village and the starting point.
