At the Dolmen you get a fantastic panorama on the Gorges de l'Ardèche as a present, on the opposite side of the river you see the Rocher des Abeillères. Then you begin a long descent to the river. You follow the river banks to the beach of Gournier and the bivouac of the same name. The ideal place to take a dip in the river before you start the steep climb to the plateau.
