From the starting point you walk on a dirt road through the valley of the Poncé to the hamlet of Walk. From the hamlet you continue to walk on low-traffic and unpaved roads through a beautiful open landscape with a beautiful panorama at the highest point. The meadows lined with hawthorn and stately beech complete the picture. Once through the hamlet of Bruyères you walk through a mixed forest back to the starting point.
